Anybody know how or if it is possible to get a Spanish vehicle off the road , similar to the SWORN status in the UK for a certain time frame and the procedure to get it back on the road??

I don't know the answer but you'll probably find it will cost! Is it to avoid paying the road tax as you would in the UK?
The cost here is significantly lower than the UK so you may find it's cheaper to keep paying...
