A few weeks ago Rick Stein, the T.V. Chef, aired a part of his show from Tortosa which was very interesting. To the best of my knowledge, the same show is being shown early tomorrow Morning At 2.30 A.M. as part of the sign zone on B.B.C. 1. If not this week, it will be shown next week.

Yes , I saw this on terrestrial in the uk about 4 weeks ago. His program starts at Barcelona and heads south. I visited a local near Tortosa who cooked him some eels - after they had been hung out to dry on the washing line! He then went a bit further down south and went fishing and cooked a fish stew with the fisherman. An interesting program.
