What exactly do you mean by green mesh.  If its 'sombre' ? - you can bet it from Sol d'Ebre - but I cannot recommend it.  We put some up over the last 2 years and within days the winds in the winter rip it down and, as it acts like a sail it pulls down everyting that it is attached to.  For screening so far we jave found that the stuff that looks like hedging is much better as it has holes in it and the wind passes through.
