I'm inclined to agree with Tony, after 50yrs in the meat trade I would not touch a kebab with a skewer at forty paces! All the gentlmen from Greece, Turkey and all parts east have not been taught good health and hygeine routines but, "one man's meat" and all that..........keep taking the pills!!
