You could call the 'Agencia catalan de consum' their number is 012 or www.consumcat.net. I don't know if they have any English speakers but it's probably worth a try. I'm sure they will tell you your rights, and if you tell Leroy Merlin you have spoken to them I'm sure you will get some response. Nigel

I have often used this number for friends and self for all sorts of issues and you just ask for an English speaking person and they are very fluent and have sorted out all sorts of challenges. Been using them since 2004!
