If anyone has friends or relations planning to go to Tortosa Police department for NIE numbers, dont bother until after the New Year.

We had clients there last Tuesday and Wednesday, and apparently the computer system was down, not nice finding that out after a very early start in the cold.

We finally got through on the telephone today and they said it wont be fixed until the 30th December, so I suppose they mean next year.......lol ;)
