We use Ryanair's disabled assistance whenever we go back to the UK and have had no problems at all.  It is especially useful at Reus if the wheelchair factility is booked as there is always a long distance between the plane and the terminal.  It is now possible to book all the assistance on line after rather than ring their customer service centre.
