We've recently moved to the area and I can't being to tell you how useful this forum is to us! Thank you!!!

I was hoping you could give us some advice as far as long-term (=11.5 months) renting goes.

We currently rent in L'Ampolla but we are looking to move on as soon as we find another place. We are aware that with the holiday season approaching, long term rental enquires are not really taken seriously.
We've tried advertising in the obvious places such as the Cat and Olive Press, and have spoken to most of the local estates agencies, so far no joy  :-/

Any tips and local knowledge would be more then welcome!
