If you're going to use chicken wire I can point you at a place that's reasonably priced.  I reckon you'd have to do a bit of research on t'iternet to find a guaranteed method of keeping foxes out.  I would imagine it would have to be fairly tall chainlink which as you probably know is available at a reasonable cost at Domingo behind Soldebre.
