If you are going Vinaros way you can buy plastic chicken wire in Bricorama.  I have used it around our duck run and although I have not seen any foxes around here we do get the Catalonian Wild Cat.  Not lost any ducks as yet.  Maybe the more flexible characteristic of this could make it more difficult for Mr Todd to get his teeth around it.
