Hi gyronut44 I have not done 20 posts so presume I cannot receive PMs but I did read somewhere that at least 90% of appeals fail in the Spanish Courts so we decided to stop our appeal and save some money.  Just going to wait and see what happens.  I believe there is an Election in Catalunya in October and we hope if there is a change in government it may be of benefit to all of us with illegal builds. :-[
