Hello.
When did the restriction on building on rustic land come into force ? Is it only in Catalonia ? Here in Valencia Communidad, Viviendas are still being built in the campo so its not all gloom and doom. Howerver you MUST have water, electricity and > 10000 sq m and an architect and it must be of a local design David |
