When my friend eventually received his Escitura and had a look at the map of the land he owned he saw that the neighbour was using some of his land to grow olives on, the corner was an extension of the neighbours land it actually squared off his piece.  He has Irrigation on there and he was using the land before my friend bought the place.  He attempted to show the neighbour the map but he waved it away.  The neighbour is Spanish and quite wealthy, he does not live in the big house which is gradually becoming derelict.  Any ideas what he can do hopefully without causing any friction.  Ha Ha :-X
