I'm Not Really a grumps Honest, But the Miss's won't agree ::) ::) But then I only seem to have got grumpy since I came to Catalunya and its antiquated and out of date paperwork system and rules!! I wonder if in England they instigated a system where if you if you were a foreigner and wished to started a business you had to employ and English person as a partner!!

There is a similar system in England already, but the rules are that if you are English and wish to be in Business you have to Employ an English partner on a 50/50 basis, it works like this you have the idea, invest the money, do the graft, pay the bills then you new partner THE %@?!ARD TAXMAN takes what is left >:( :'(
