Beware what you order when you go to a Chinese restaurant.. I came across this creative 'Sweat and sour pork' dish in a Chinese in Barcelona a couple of weeks ago - I decided to try something a little less hot...

Its a hard life being a pig in Cataluna, not only do they have to work hard but they are bitter about it too ........

I hope the sauce wasn't boiled up Sweat with sugar!!
