Fatphil may be right (couldn't say for sure).  However, pruning isn't difficult to do yourself with the right tools and a bit of guidance.
If you're bringing a mixer over then not too much problem as footings for any sized Almacen would be too much to mix by hand.  Do you have a decent trailer ?  You could buy your own bulk materials if so.
