Yes, we have printed off the appointments but it doesn't mean anything to them.  One time we even had the appointment written in the nurse's handwriting and she could not understand why we were early for our appointment by 2 hours until we showed her.  Seems to me that they will move an appointment come what may if they wish to.  Espeically Miss Missouri (misery) who kept insisting we should be attending the doctor's at Alfara until I told her that it was our right to attend whichever doctor we chose.  Then she shut up.
