Thanks Jack,

I've been in touch and it looks like he may be able to help. They can do this sort of thing but it means taking the vehicle down to Alicante for the ITV test.

He did mention something about registering at our local town hall once the vehicle is on Spanish plates. Anyone know what this is about?
