Will this replace the current 3 sizes of build allowed,depending on area of land ?
If so,it would appear to be another retrospective planning law brought in to make all property owned by extranjerous illegal ! Cataloonier seems to make the rules up to suit their situation just as they please,good job they are not part of the EU,as this would surely be illegal and discriminatory ? |
