No, your machine isn't blocked, the IP it is connected to however is. If you left your machine connected to the WiFi node long enough then the IP address would presumably be detected by Spamhaus as an infected IP address (or, better described an IP address with an affected machine connected to it) and blocked. This takes time so it would need to be connected for a while before it was detected.
Did you read through the description of the reason it is being blocked? http://cbl.abuseat.org/lookup.cgi?ip=188.119.192.40 One possible thing you can try additionally is to force any attempts to send anything to 78.47.46.141 to a dummy IP address. This will only work for that address though and it may change. This can be done by editing the file: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\HOSTS and adding the line: 127.0.0.1 78.47.46.141 to the end. The file will look a bit like this: # For example: # # 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server # 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host # localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself. # 127.0.0.1 localhost # ::1 localhost 127.0.0.1 localhost |
