This is Spain - no such thing as customer service.
I recently complained to Linea Directa about the attitude of one of their staff. I received a call from the complaints department suggesting it was my fault - unbelievable!
They have no concept of the customer being right, or going that extra mile (or even yard) to help anyone out.

That said, that is usually the large companies, we have had some excellent service from the small local companies.

Maybe you should try the alternatives then you will know for sure whether you are getting the best service and value for money.

PS Nigel has been very helpful to a lot of people on this forum, so I'm not sure you will get much support in calling him.
