Has anyone any information or know the person/people who has left a white transit van, (right hand drive) outside Arca along with five healthy dogs inside.
Arca are overrun with dogs already. It is a charity, and depends on people's help, not hinderance, and inconsideration.
Also they mention that the van had no number plates or any keys left with it.
So means even more expense for Arca to move it.
