In Rasquera area the rain was accompanied by a massive hail storm which lasted about 20 min. The result is that the olive trees have been stripped of their fruit & soft fruits such as peaches have been badly damaged. Hail stones smashing into a near ripe peach destroys it. Its a heartbreak to see tonnes of  beautiful fruit on the ground. :'(

Smidge What's the latest on the loss of crops up there now the bad weather has passed ?
