Pet shops in Spain will come under strict regulations to ensure they prevent 'impulse' buying of domestic animals, in a bid to cut down on cases of neglect.
Spain has one of the worst records in Europe for dogs and cats being dumped by their owners. New Animal Protection Law will also cover breeders, shelters and individual pet owners. |

Spain keeps on introducing new laws to combat this and that but will anyone take any notice - I doubt it.
And policing all these new laws seems to be ignored. So what hope is there for all those poor creatures ? |

Why do you think I was so upset when people were trying to sell beavers, porcupines and the like on here?
