Thanks BY. Looking at the pics in the links the palms I saw this morning are exactly the same. They have been like that for months I can not understand why the authorities are not removing or causing the land owner to remove the infected trees. The bugs causing this will just spread to other palms in the area when infected ones are left unabated.
