has anyone sold their almonds somewhere other than the factory in Mora d'Ebre and got better price than 1.30 per kilo please? :-[

1.30 is a good price.

According to the Cambra Tortosa website the going price for almonds is between 6.20€ and 7.20€ per kilo. Is 1.30€ with the husk still on? See the prices on www.cambratortosa.com ; .No price for olives yet, carobs 19c kilo.

The price you're looking at is the retail price. The coops will never give you much over a euro 30 per kilo shelled. If the husks are on you will get less. Some coops will insist on paying by post dated cheque only, some insist on half cash half cheque and some insist on cash. you'll get to know which ones do and which don't yourself in time. just go to the coops and ask yourself.
