Don't know if any of you are aware but Megabus now run a twice daily service between Barcelona (Estacion del Norte) and London (Victoria Coach Station). Prices in January and February are about £40 return including 25kg luggage and the journey takes about 26 hours each way.

Yeah, it is a long journey but the youngsters don't seem to mind ;)

I hear that advertising on the buses keeps the price of a ticket very low ;) ;)

Both my son and daughter use mega bus with no problems, but this news makes allot of sense of how they can charge so low prices, I could not even drive down to the south coast for £40 let alone cross the channel.
