Hi Nigel, Do you mean trying to get to the root of the problem concerning the excessively low internet speeds most foreign Eurona customers (including me) seem to be getting mainly in the Tortosa area? or regarding why Eurona customer services appear to be so bad? It must be a bad time to be an Eurona english speaking customer services agent at the moment,especially with a lot of angry ex-pats ringing in.   :'(
