Is there a "Council Tip" in Tortosa ?

Not sure about Tortosa but there's a tip in Amposta on the T-344 if you're coming from Santa Barbara. I've been there a few times. It's in the Tosses industrial park near the back just to the right of the cinema.

Paste this reference into google 40.704376, 0.560252 to show the location on a map.

There is a tip near Pavistamp. Big brown building.
Take the slip road, on right, heading to Tortosa from L'Aldea.
