Hi,
I want to attach a picture to a post, can anyone tell me how to do it, I'm afraid the help that I have copied and pasted below does not really help me.
Sorry if I'm being dumb.

Insert Image Insert Image
Insert a Image:

Select the Image directory: http://imagedirectory/image.gif

Click on the "Insert Image" button: Insert Image

you need to add the image as an attachment.
