If all else fails, get some thin rebar from a builders merchant or hardware shop. Cut to length and bend the end with a big hammer. You might need to heat it up with a blow lamp or put them in a vice and bend them. The advantage is you can make them any length you want which is useful if you have a lot of wind in your area.
