Has any body taken the course to get the certificate to be able to buy weedkiller. I understand it is now possible to do this on line. The site is ruralcat.net but it's in Catalan and not very user friendly.

Might be worth talking to the guys at Sol D'Ebre.  Probably easiest to find a friend with a licence but that presumably would only cover buying the glyphosate and NOT using a backpack.
