Title: Land prices
Post by nobrot on Jul 5th, 2005 at 3:21pm
Just found this on an Almeria web site....

-----------------------------------------------------------------

For sale, two building plots in Chirivel.

Plot 1:-    228 m2   € 26.000
Plot 2:-    237 m2   € 32.000

Both plots have planning permission, connection to water, electricity and mains sewage and are just a short walk from the centre of Chirivel.

CHIRIVEL. Is a small rural town located in the north of Almeria, with the Maria-Los Velez national park for its backdrop, it has all the usual facilities you would expect, a school, shops and supermarkets, a new medical centre, bars and restaurants, a weekly market and a small British community. The town is adjacent to the A92 motorway and therefore convenient for travel to larger towns and cities like Granada or Murcia and is only 1½ hours from either the coast or the ski resort of the Sierra Nevada.

That's a whopping 546,210 euros per acre,without a decent river......Any estate agents reading this..???
I've been through Chirivel and it's nothing special.
