Catalunya has a fantastic online mapping service which alllows you to zoom in on both road maps and satellite photographs.

Its run by the Generalitat and can be found at: http://hipermapa.ptop.gencat.net/hipermapa/client/200504/baseaea_high.html

You really need broadband as it is very detailed.

Either enter your town in 'Anar a' or just pick the maginfying glass with the + sign to zoom in by clicking on the map.
Choose 'Esquematic' for quick zooming, 'Topographic' for road maps or 'Fotographic' for satellite pictures.

If you pick the cross icon on the left you will get an accurate grid reference too!

Try it - its addictive.
