Well, the court case has come and gone, and not a word of the result has been published on these pages although Terry and Val have written to Catalonia Life.  

Many of us know the result, but do we know the whole story ?  All we hear is the agent being run down but if this is the case why did she win ?

However, what I will say is that we bought through the agent concerned and we have been more than pleased with the service that was provided at the time, and the continuing afterservice.  Whenever, I have a query I approach both the agent and the local adjuntament (in the park) amongst others and have had nothing but helpful assistance.
