1 Year & 1 Day after I first took photographs of the Mill at Barranc de Lloret, I have got the phone call to say that the final stamp of approval has been stamped and we can now complete the purchase and rebuild the Mill.  ;D :D ;D

I am sure that a major factor in getting the permissions was the ability of the owner to chivvy the relevant authorities. Helen Rowe at Immb. Rieres has also been a stalwart worker on our behalf, even when she thought that she was chasing a lost cause.

We are flying out on the Wednesday 13th December to sign the papers and get a few days holiday. The main move will be about the middle of January, once our son is back in Uni.
Yippeee.  8-)
