Tres Callas may/ might / could be / shall be considerd as a ghetto surrounded by badlands.
Its nearest township is l'Amtella which may have a school (I don't know) may have support for youngsters (I don't know) but what in the hell are you doing buying a place without doing a due diligence, research and assessment as to its suitability for your family.  Good luck my friend - I think you are going to need every bit.  I think you are going to regret your purchase....sorry but that's what I think.
