We have just  ' sold' a peice of land to our nieghbour,approx 1370 m2.He plans to widen the track,which runs in front of his house and fence it off to stop his children falling off the terrace.....According to the notary we have not actually sold the land itself as they cannot/will not separate the parcel up but the actual 'right' to use the land.If we sold the property and land on, our neighbour still has the right to use the land.We still retain the right to access the land.I suppose it is more like an infinate long term lease....
