hi all we have a few properties one piece of land  is split by a tarmac road its on the same deed but is taxed on 2 pieces,maybe we can split them but dont think so ,when we moved here nearly 5 years ago we were told that it was nolonger posible to split land if it wasnt done before a sertain date,but i think we will look into trying to split the land it may be worth trying  ......it as 2 water conections one each side.......i will post on here to let you know when we find out if we can or not regards nen :)
