Yes but not cheap, the parafin heaters that are sold in the likes or Bricorama and Leroy Merlin use a particulary pure parafin or kerosene, 20 ltrs cost approx 30 euros, I have a Zibro Kamin  Turbo burner with secondary fume burning, allows 99.7% efficiency with no condensation very good. In UK kerosene or parafin was readily available about the same price as over hear, but u get miffed because diesel and other fuels are cheaper here than uk.  Tellme where u live and I may be able to help. I suspect you have an efficient kerosene heater like me, Cifac also stock this product. If anyone knows of a petrol station which sells this product.. kerosene or parafin   Id be interested. HTH  :-?
