Title: chain saws
Post by PaulH on Jan 1st, 2008 at 10:49pm
As an ex pro user in UK may I recommend a top handle chain saw, these are for for arborists & are well balanced for use with one hand leaving the other free, dangerous yes but so useful when logging smaller stuff. They're more expensive, Stihl are the best but I have an Echo which is more affordable available from Contesa Primotivo in Jesus, Tortosa. Happy logging.

Even Cheap McCullochs have top handles now they are reliable so why pay Stihl prices , I bought mine off eBay for £45 before we came out to spain I have bough 1 new chain and it hasn't let me down yet, its well balanced has  a 19" cut, much cheaper than buying out here
