CAN SOME ONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW TO PUT A PICTURE OF YOUR CHOICE ON YOUR PROFILE. I DONT SEEM TO HAVE MUCH LUCJ WHEN I HAVE TRIED

Your picture needs to exist somewhere on the internet - facebook, your own web site etc. (if it doesn't and you don't know how to do this then send me your picture). The profile picture comes from there -you need to add the URL (address) in the 'I have my own pic' bit in the options tab on your profile page.
