hmmm.. tsk... tsk....  :-X

Not to get too political, (but is that not what forums are for?), is it better to be a big goat on a small mountain, or a small goat on a big mountain. As the article indicates, in Catalonia's case, I think the latter is better when it comes to resources.  ;)

One wonders if a 'Republic of Catalonia' would get all that European money that is paying to tar all the roads around here....

Ah well, I guess with the rain the last few days, the piccie on the top right of our screen can be proudly displayed again??  ;)

It seems to have upset the neighbouring provinces this water issue...  ::)
