Hi

I have just called the Generalitat's 012 helpline (number you call from here), their 'Informaci�n empresarial' department should be able to explain the steps your friend will need to take. They assure me they have English-speaking operators.

For those that don't know it, the 012 helpline is an incredibly useful resource.
