Anyone know when they hold the farm market at Mora la Nova? Is it monthly?
Do they sell Chickens from Prat there - they are a local Catalan breed that have blue legs and feet and are recognised as a breed specific to this area.

In this weather I would have thought that all the chickens in Catalonia had blue feet and legs !!

hi nigel the market is every wed but the dont always have the chicks ur after its luck of the draw but when they r avalible there only 50c each as 2 day old chicks and they will take 24 weeks before they lay

Hi All,

We went to Mora la Nova yesterday hoping to catch the market. We've been before and no probs. It wasn't on yesterday. Does anyone know why not? Has the day changed? Has the location changed? Has it been permanently stopped or is it just at certain times of the year? Any info would be appreciated. Just returned a couple of weeks ago and still settling back in.
