the Catalan government, La Generalitat, is to oblige half of all films shown in the region to be dubbed into Catalan. La Vanguardia, printed in Barcelona, leads with the story as you might expect.

And if they've got only 10 or 15 voice-over artists then every other character will have the same voice. I'll stick to Film 4.
