A man who owns a holiday home on the outskirts of Morón de la Frontera, Seville, is recovering from the shock he received when he arrived there this Tuesday, when he discovered a corpse inside the chimney. It was burglar who had got stuck while trying to break into the property.

All that could be seen of his body was a hand and part of his forearm poking out of the chimney top, ABC newspaper reports.

It’s believed he’d been stuck there for a number of days as his body had already begun to decompose.
