We have this tree growing in our finca and can't find out what its called! :(
Does anyone recognise it ? It has flowers like sweet peas and leaves like a jacarander!! rsz_1unusual_tree.jpg (Attachment deleted)

Font of all knowledge flora, "Scarlet Wisteria" Ahh yes thats what it is!! Can't wait for the four winged seed pods to start rattling in their pods Like a rattlesnake!! :-/ :-/ Hazel has noticed that the leaves close up at night which I believe is Photonastic I think it is also known as a chinese rattlebox which makes sense! |
