I hope you're not too disappointed with your 'chocolate'. I have bought 'carob coated' bars in  a health shop and they were pretty disgusting! If it tasted as good as chocolate then it would probably be on sale everywhere instead of being bought by people who think for some reason adding a load of fat and sugar to carob powder is somehow healthier than doing the same thing to cocoa powder, from a cocoa bean!!!!
