Title: Ain't it typical
Post by PlanesPete on Dec 30th, 2009 at 8:37pm
Had all the family over for Christmas and it rained pretty much throughout. I'd told them all to expect 'nice' weather. Took the last 2 to the airport yesterday and now it's 20 degrees!
Have emailed photos to prove but I don't think that I'll live this down for a while.
Only consolation is that the UK weather wasn't up to much either.
Also, cos the generator was running so much and the waste heat from the genny heats our hot tub, we were all in there on Christmas day with 40 degree water.

Hope everyone had a good Christmas and looking forward to NYE.

Hot Tub with 40 Deg water !! Blimey Way too warm

I bet you all looked like those monkeys in hot springs in Japan with red faces

Anyway there were a couple of nice days over christmas Surely that is better than the UK weather look at all the blocked roads and I'm am surprised the rail system isn't at a halt with the wrong type of snow!!

Tee Hee Happy New Year All

Prunes came to mind, after being in that hot water!
I agree some days here were very warm and sunny over Christmas, much better than the U.K!
Very windy today, but blows the cobwebs and flies away, hopefully.
Happy New Year everyone.
